HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT
DEH believes in equal opportunities for men and women. For example men and women have equal membership and employment rights within the organization. It also recognizes the differences between different gender groups in society (men, women, youth, and elderly), the need to apply different approaches for different gender groups, and harnessing different capacities for sustainable development. It supports and empowers weaker gender groups (for instance through target-oriented micro loans).
